“POETIC GESTURES” (limited run of 50)
A limited run, NO.5 edition, of my art zine Visual Philosophy.
This issue features my ongoing ink landscape series “Poetic Gestures”. I began creating this series in 2022 and to date there are over 2 dozen ink paintings included in the collection. The artworks are intuitive abstractions of nature… with a broad focus around the Sierra Mountain’s region within the United States. The haiku and prose poetry that weaves throughout the booklet was also written while sketching in the vast secluded landscapes that are featured. The sketchbooks sourced date from 2022-2024.
Visual Philosophy editions are annual publications.
